Abstract

Wandering spleen is an uncommon diagnosis and has rarely described in children. So, preoperative diagnosis of wandering spleen in children may be difficult. Authors had experienced a case of volvulus of wandering spleen in 6 months old male child
who
was diagnosed after explo-laparotomy and who was discharged without any complication after splenectomy.
